How to build a Twitter audience

Twitter is hard. It can feel like shouting into the wind. You have a lot of useful information to share but no one to listen.

After failing in 2020 and 2021, in December 2022 I resolved to try again. I started @runliftrunlift and decided not to give up early. On January 1st, 2023 I had 4 followers.
